What this repair actually is.
Struts combine the shock absorber and structural support for your wheel into one assembly, and they wear out gradually — usually around 70,000 to 100,000 miles. We remove the old strut assemblies, install new ones (in pairs, so both sides match), and torque everything to spec. Because struts locate the wheel, an alignment afterward keeps your tires wearing evenly.
