One network for the people who need work done, and the businesses who do it.
Repair Lane is an automotive network. Drivers use it to find a business, book the work, and keep every estimate, inspection and invoice in one place. Automotive businesses use it to get discovered — and to run the job once it arrives.
Two problems, one shape.
A driver can't tell a good shop from a listing. A good shop can't be told apart from a listing either. Both halves of that are the same problem, and neither is solved by another lead-selling website.
So the network doesn't sell introductions. A customer chooses the business themselves and the request goes to that business — not to a list of five who bid for the call. Nothing about a vehicle is resold.
And the tools a shop uses to do the work are the same ones the customer sees the result of. The estimate the front desk writes is the estimate the customer approves; the inspection the technician records is what shows up in their account. One record, two views.
What each side gets.
For drivers
Free, and the whole account is live today.
- Find a business
Search by location and by the work you need, across listings and member businesses alike.
- Book and check in
Request an appointment with the business you chose, then check in when you arrive.
- See the work in writing
Estimates, digital inspection results with the shop's own photos, and invoices — in your account, not in a text thread.
- Talk to the shop
Two-way messages with the business handling your vehicle, kept with the job.
- Pay and keep the record
Receipts and history stay attached to the vehicle, so the next shop can see what was already done.
For automotive businesses
Repair, collision, detailing, mobile mechanics, fleet.
- Be found
A profile in the public directory, free, with the services and areas you actually cover.
- Run the day
An operations board and a reception desk that show every vehicle, who is on it, and what it is waiting for.
- Quote, inspect, invoice
Estimates a customer can approve, digital inspections with photos, invoices and payments — one thread, not four apps.
- Run the team
Scheduling and a time clock for the people doing the work.
- Bring customers back
QR codes that take a customer straight to booking, check-in, or leaving a review.
A listing is a public record. Membership is a choice.
Both appear in search, and the network never conflates them.
Listed
Transcribed from official state licensing records — the same wording the figures below carry, because it is the same source. We publish the record so you can find the business, and nothing more. A listed business has not joined the network, has not been vetted by us, and is not endorsed by us. If it's your business, you can claim the listing or ask us to correct it.
Joined
A business that signed up, keeps its own profile, receives requests from customers who chose it, and can run estimates, inspections, invoices and payments here. Membership is early — most businesses you find in search today are listings, not members, and every result says which it is.
What we don't do.
We don't fix cars
Every business on the network is independent and responsible for its own work, pricing, warranty and staff. We are the network they work on, not a party to the repair.
We don't rank by payment
A customer picks the business and their request goes only to that business. Requests are never auctioned, resold, or blasted to a list of shops.
We don't quote prices
Estimator figures are educational averages to help you understand a job. Only the business doing the work can give you a real quote.
