Reviews. When you submit a review, your email is used only to verify the review and detect duplicates — it is stored as a non-reversible fingerprint and is never shown publicly. Only your chosen display name (for example “Jane D.”) appears with your review. We never require you to expose your email address publicly.

How we use data. To operate the marketplace, route booking requests to the business you choose, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices. You can request access to or deletion of your account data, subject to records we must retain for safety, legal, or moderation reasons (for example, removed reviews are preserved in our audit records).
