What this repair actually is.
The EPS control module is the computer that reads your steering effort and commands the assist motor. Failed modules cause warning lights, dead assist, or assist that cuts out over bumps from internal circuit board faults. We replace the module, program it with your vehicle's software, and calibrate the steering angle.
