What this repair actually is.
We remove the old tire from the wheel, mount a new tire in your vehicle's exact size and speed rating, computer-balance the wheel, install it, and set the pressures. Old tires are recycled through New York State's waste-tire program.
Symptoms
How you can tell.
- Tread worn down to the wear bars or below 4/32"
- Sidewall bubble, crack, or visible cord
- Repeated slow leaks or flats
- Car slides easily in rain or snow
- Failed NY State inspection for tire tread
If you delay
Bald or damaged tires stretch your stopping distance in the rain and can blow out at highway speed.
