What this repair actually is.
Flexible rubber hoses carry brake fluid the last stretch to each wheel, and they age — cracking outside or collapsing inside, which can trap pressure and drag a brake or let fluid leak out. We replace the failed hose with a new one, bleed that circuit, and verify a firm pedal and even braking.

- Visible cracking or bulging on a rubber brake hose
- One brake drags or stays hot after the caliper checked out fine
- Soft pedal with a slow fluid loss
- Damp, oily film around a wheel-area hose
- Failed inspection for a deteriorated brake hose

An aged hose can burst under hard braking, instantly dumping pressure from that brake circuit when you need it most.
