What's involved

What this repair actually is.

When wiring is damaged — rodents, chafing, corrosion, heat, or a bad previous repair — we locate the damaged section, then repair it properly with soldered joints, heat-shrink sealing, and correct-gauge wire, or replace connectors and harness sections where needed. Because damage varies enormously from a single chewed wire to a whole melted section, we inspect first and quote the exact repair before starting.

Symptoms

How you can tell.

  • Multiple electrical systems failing at once
  • Visible chewed, melted, or bare wires
  • Burning plastic smell
  • Repeated blown fuses on the same circuit
  • Problems that started after an accident or rodent activity
If you delay

Exposed or shorting wires can disable safety systems without warning and are a genuine fire risk.
