What this repair actually is.
We remove the failed halogen bulb and install a new one, then confirm both low and high beams work. On some vehicles the bulb is reached in seconds; on others the wheel liner or bumper trim has to come off, which is where the labor range comes from. We handle the bulb with gloves so skin oil doesn't shorten its life.
