What this repair actually is.
The rotors are the discs your brake pads clamp onto. We remove the old rotors, clean the hub faces so the new ones sit perfectly flat, install new rotors, and road-test the car. Warped, grooved, or rust-pitted rotors cause vibration and weak, noisy braking that new pads alone can't fix.
Symptoms

- Steering wheel shakes when braking at speed
- Brake pedal pulsates underfoot
- Visible grooves or a heavy rust lip on the rotor
- Grinding that continued after new pads
