What's involved
What this repair actually is.
We load-test the battery to measure its real remaining capacity, check the alternator's charging output, then remove corrosion from the battery terminals and cable ends, re-seat the connections, and apply an anti-corrosion protectant. Corroded terminals cause a surprising share of no-start calls, and this service prevents them.
Symptoms
How you can tell.
- Engine cranks slower than it used to
- Needed a jump start recently
- White or green crust on the battery terminals
- Battery light flickers
- Battery is 3+ years old and untested
If you delay
Corrosion keeps building until one cold morning the car simply won't start — usually at the worst possible time.
