What this repair actually is.
Every hybrid and EV has a conventional 12V battery that powers the computers and closes the high-voltage contactors; when it weakens, the car acts dead even with a healthy main pack. We test the old battery, install the correct AGM or lithium replacement for your model, and register it with the vehicle where required.
Symptoms
How you can tell.
- Car completely dead or won't power on
- Needs a jump or boost to wake up
- Random warning lights across the dash
- Doors, screen or accessories acting glitchy
- 12V battery warning message
If you delay
A weak 12V battery will eventually leave the car unable to start — often at the worst possible time — and can trigger misleading fault codes.
