What this repair actually is.
The grille is usually the first thing to break in a front-end tap. We remove the damaged grille, transfer the emblem and any trim, and fit a new one — checking the radiator support and A/C condenser behind it while we're there. Vehicles with radar cruise control behind the emblem may need the sensor recalibrated.

If you delay
An open grille lets road debris straight into the A/C condenser and radiator, turning a cheap trim part into a cooling-system repair.
